U.S. Open 2014: Serena Williams Returns on Top

World number one Serena Williams and her supporters all over the globe are still on cloud nine up to this moment with a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Caroline Wozniacki in the US Open women's final, Sunday. She was also the winner of the past two titles at Flushing Meadows and five overall.

With all these accomplishments, we surely love Serena Williams even more now. But while we know this beautiful, confident woman as a driven, intense superstar tennis player, it is about time to dig deeper and get to know the kind of woman she actually is. She loves to laugh, sings cheesy karaoke songs, and admits that Zumba is the one workout that's too hard for her.

"I think of myself as two different people," she says. "There's the Serena Williams that everyone knows: She's crazy. She can't make a mistake. And she's angry and just not nice, to be honest. I'm only that person for three hours a day, when I'm on the court. The rest of the time I'm just Serena. I'm the class clown."

Serena Williams certainly knows how to catch attention. Well, she does it with no so much effort, given that she is passionate about the things that she does. Of course, there is no denying that she has this perfectly-shaped body figure which appears just so perfect whenever she wears a body-hugging mini dress. Admiring her body will certainly make you Google “how much does liposuction cost?”

When it comes to diet and nutrition, Williams said that she eats a lot of healthier foods like greens and fresh juices now. She also said that she drinks a lot of water which is definitely a best way to lose body fat quickly. She shared that the positive changes in her diet throughout her career is about being comfortable and happy. She also shared her biggest secret which talks about treating her body like a temple.

Meanwhile, as she returns on top with the U.S Open win, she was asked last week what the number 18 meant to her. “It means legal to do some things,” she answered laughing.
With her passion and humility, Serena Williams is certainly the greatest woman tennis player of all time and yet, she keeps on getting better in many aspects of her life. This woman with a dream and a racket is certainly one to adore.

How Transformers Star Mark Wahlberg Achieves a Comfortable Weight

We see Mark Wahlberg baring his toned stomach and rosary beads every time he lifts his shirt. The actor showed his still flat abs that helped push him to fame in the early 1990s when he was featured shirtless in underwear ads. He seems to reduce tummy fat fast and he shared that he is able to do it through the safest ways possible.

During the promotion of Transformers: Age of Extinction, he said that it is a lot easier to gain weight than to lose it. He had managed a drop from 197 to 137 lbs and he shared that he is now up to 176 lbs.
"It's a lot easier to put it on than it is to lose it. "It's just part of the job. I make sure I take all the right steps, take all the right nutrition, all the right exercise, being monitored by doctors. I'm trying to do it in the safest way possible."

Transformers: Age of Extinction actor Mark Wahlberg is back again to being a certified hunk after he reduced tummy fat fast.

In his past interviews, he said that his workout involves lifting heavy, and mostly just lifting weights. He usually wakes up at 4:30 every morning and gets a big, healthy breakfast. He is having protein shake after doing workouts and then chicken, steak, fish, a little bit of pasta here and there-just really overfilling, meal after meal after meal. For his diet, he shares "Anytime I smell food, I get crazy. My daughter was eating this blueberry scone, and I wanted to like, I was going to jack her for it. I was literally going to rob my almost 4-year-old daughter for her little blueberry muffin."

Wahlberg says he now has a comfortable weight, but aside from that, the main reason why he took his role in Transformers is for his children.

"I haven't really done anything that was kid friendly." he said. "That’s not the only reason. I don't make decisions that way. It was really the best of both worlds, because it was something they'd be interested in and something I hadn't done before."

As Slate magazine shared not long ago, "Mark Wahlberg is attractive because he seems genuinely, effortlessly masculine rather than anxiously, compensatory macho."  Trying to do it in the safest way possible, it is evident that he is getting it right in his effort to reduce body fat. For a bod like Wahlberg’s, speaking to a reputable dermatology group in NY is a good option.
